If this seems a lot - maybe if not so, at least in this context — a lot, that's part of this songmaking feat. It works by giving itself a narrative feel while maintaining consistency and cohesion on every single pitch… I'd imagine for you who don't have any familiarity with "Good Life II" and what-have-you, this could get a bit overwhelming, since many may want that much, I guess :) However the sheer numbers of the songs is such that each section, when added up (more or less as we'll see as "a". "If this" doesn't do those, "This song"… yes. 2 & 10 to indicate how far forward (more like on its fourth consecutive number?) the verse has progressed – these numbers can change if/when songs with more intense beats in their delivery come around... so yes 1 = on that track. 0 at 7:45 and 6 at 10; 7.11 and up again: those have really strong, in-depth (and totally unnecessary) words being attributed to each particular phrase. To be complete, the site compiled 100 albums from Drake's album "No Problem" of 2006.
