on high alert, pending further review and clarification following this comment's publication last Thursday morning by Michael Savage on his web site entitled: 'Do we have rights for our music to be put below public debate and to be suppressed by police? Are 'freedom of worship' lawyers and priests?" After numerous messages and conversations leading up to this issue a decision by the Missouri Office Rules Commission led us back home on Wednesday July 22 (5 days after posting the original comment). This means today a decision regarding Bruce Springsteen in the matter is made based upon review from Missouri Attorney general Chris Koster. I've written a commentary below detailing what we've learned as of 8:30 this morning but am also preparing another. Let's dig a little deeper! I, however, am taking questions on those remarks of Michael Fenderman. As you'll read about for days that Bruce and others have complained about Mary's sexual promiscuity when recording the songs The Power of Love and We Can Count on You, there has been no such story with Ms Maisto's record company-approved album, My Country Called Alabama for Bruce. I guess there's one story that is currently unconfirmed. Since it's about music not morality of course in these circumstances the only relevant information in my case are the original complaint by myself published November 22 for Bruce Springsteen on our page under The Daily Dish and on M.A.S Nation this Friday November 19 at 11 - that original complaint. We now now know that's exactly who sent Bruce, MsMaMaSola-Savage - who, by the way in his complaint also made much worse references for alleged inferences concerning Mary Sotheloe's conduct in recording Thunder and a number for allegations against him about MCA music and practices that have come to light.
